Our family was treated very well when we all were hotel guests. Your staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of us and we appreciate it. Rooms were very clean and food was great. Thank you from our family.

Stayed here back in Oct 2017, and again in Sept 2018, I've nothing bad to say. After receiving a last minute call for work in hardisty, I was scrambled to get up here after calling hotel after hotel all of them being booked, My wife found this place aka hotel bates as she sold it knowing it was a decent place. Being midnight I was tired of looking and this place had the best price so I pulled in and checked in. Its no 4 star but i was pleasantly surprised. The owners are updating it, beds are comfy & clean and to my surprise it is better then a lot of the hotels in hardisty. On top of everything the small town charm is great, coop groceries and booze, great family run pizza place and more. The place deserves more credit then its given.

This place just reopened about two months now they say major renovations and looks good. The service was awesome. The room was pretty good. The shower pressure and hot water was the best I’ve seen the last three weeks of travelling except the shower curtain kept sticking to you. I liked it so much that I’m actually gonna go out of my way slightly next week and stop there again. This is relatively newly opened the restaurant just opened this morning and the food and service was excellent. The lounge opens tonight highly recommend the place to stay. I would even divert my path to go to this place. Pricing is extremely affordable.

No microwave in the room, kitchen shut down at 9:00, but the lounge was very nice with a friendly staff member. The convenience store in the front was great, would have been a long walk for snacks otherwise. Subway was a short walk away, and they are open until 10:00. Both mentioned businesses are convientley located right off of the highway. The room was clean, lots of pressure in the shower. Almost too much. But its definitely better to have too much than not enough pressure in a hotel shower.

Hotel: clean, comfortable beds. Smittys: good service, decent coffee, the ham was old. I don’t think enough people eat here so I can see how there food might get a little old.
